Senate Legislation Confirms UAP Retrieval Activities Jake Barber Allegedly Participated In

A recent revelation from The Hill journalist Marik von Rennenkampff sheds light on a striking piece of legislation passed unanimously by the Senate Intelligence Committee in 2023. The law explicitly references activities that Air Force veteran and UAP whistleblower Jake Barber claims to have participated in, retrieving and analyzing UAP craft. [SEC. 1646]
The legislation places strict funding limitations on any covert UAP-related programs that haven’t been fully disclosed to Congress. This includes:
Capturing and securing UAP craft or components
Analyzing materials for reverse engineering
Developing aerospace technology inspired by recovered UAPs
Protecting such activities from disclosure
This raises a big question: If UAP retrieval and reverse engineering aren’t real, why the need for such detailed restrictions?
A lot of effort to control funding for something that doesn’t exist… right?
