If you've been keeping an eye on the UFO/UAP world, a new name has been mentioned lately: James Fowler. He’s not just another guy with a telescope, his company has been involved in government wargames, high-tech signal detection, and now some seriously mind-bending skywatching. What he and his team are claiming goes way beyond the usual alien theories. According to Fowler, this isn’t just about visitors from another world, it’s about secret science right here on Earth.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the wildest and most interesting things Fowler’s been saying lately.

It All Started During Government Wargames

Fowler’s company first spotted UAPs while running military exercises for the U.S. government. They saw seven of them flying in tight formation, definitely not your average drone sighting. Since then, they’ve developed gear that can pick up signals coming from UAPs and track them in the sky.

One weird pattern they’ve noticed: these objects tend to hang out right on the edge of where our tech can see them, as if they’re testing what we’re capable of. Sometimes they even dip just inside that range, like they’re intentionally messing with us.

Cloaking, Holograms, and… Telepathy?

Some of the stuff Fowler describes sounds like it’s straight out of science fiction. For example, he says some UAPs can cloak while flying, but the cloaking doesn’t work when they’re on the ground which means they might still be visible if you’re looking from the right angle.

Depending on what kind of sensor you’re using (radar, thermal, optical) the same object can appear completely different, like it’s a projection or a hologram. Almost like it’s trying to throw off detection systems. Fowler mentions two events where UAPs reacted to human intent, like they could somehow read minds or sense emotion. He doesn’t jump to conclusions, but it’s clear he’s hinting at something way beyond standard tech.

The Shift to Skywatcher

Fowler’s team has been watching the skies for about five years, but it’s only recently that they became more public. That happened when Barber and a group focused on psionics (mental/psychic phenomena) joined the team. Not long after that, they started spotting a new type of craft, the “Egg Class” UAP, which hadn’t been seen before. Coincidence? Maybe, but it’s definitely got people talking.

UAP Crashes and the Drone Mystery

According to Fowler, he’s seen four UAPs crash during his research. In one case, three Class 1 objects flew straight into the ground and never came back up on a day when hundreds of UAPs were observed in the area. He doesn’t claim to know what happened, but he’s sure they didn’t just vanish.

As for the recent uptick in drone sightings, he’s got a grim take:

“I think one of our adversaries has the ability to fly with impunity and operate in our airspace—and we are helpless to stop it.”

That’s a scary idea: not only are unknown craft in our skies, but we might not even be the ones in control.

The Tic Tac Isn’t What You Think?

You’ve probably heard about the famous Tic Tac-shaped UAP seen by Navy pilots. But Fowler says what he’s seen is very different:

“They’re actually more like a porcupine,” he says.

Apparently, the craft has tiny spikes or protrusions all over it, which could be some kind of sensor array or energy field. He also points out that the government has never released the electro-optical footage of these things, suggesting they’re keeping a lot more under wraps than we think.

It’s Not About Aliens, It’s About Physics

Here’s where things get really deep. Fowler doesn’t believe disclosure is about aliens at all.

“I think our government has reached a point where it needs to start releasing knowledge about advanced science and physics,” he says.

But there’s a catch. That same government needs to protect the secrets behind this tech, especially if it’s linked to national defense. So, on one hand, they want to move toward transparency. On the other, they’re still trying to keep engineers and scientists from spilling the classified stuff.

It’s a major internal conflict and according to Fowler, that’s what’s really slowing down disclosure. It’s not about UFOs. It’s about how much science they’re willing to let the public see.

Is All of This True?

We can’t say for sure. Fowler’s not offering hard proof, yet.
