Ross Coulthart Claims Tic Tac UFO Is Lockheed Martin Technology

In recent years, claims about the now-famous “Tic Tac” UFO encounter have taken a sharp turn from extraterrestrial speculation to accusations of high-level secrecy involving advanced human technology. One of the more striking statements came from investigative journalist Ross Coulthart, who declared, “The Tic Tac is Lockheed Martin technology,” while questioning why the U.S. government would collude with national security entities to hide such a development. Coulthart asked:

“Why is the U.S. Government now participating at the White House Executive level in collusion with the National Security state to keep secret the fact that they’ve made these advances?”

This assertion has reignited a longstanding debate: If the Tic Tac and other similar UFOs are not alien craft, then whose are they? And why have they been kept secret?

A Puzzling Scenario

The idea that Lockheed Martin could be behind the Tic Tac phenomenon raises immediate practical concerns. The 2004 encounter off the coast of San Diego, which involved highly trained Navy personnel and cutting-edge sensor systems, took place in the middle of a military training exercise. The notion that Lockheed Martin would test experimental aircraft, especially ones allegedly based on physics-defying propulsion, without informing the military personnel involved seems implausible to many. Risking exposure or even destruction of such valuable assets during live exercises would be counterintuitive.

If Lockheed had such technology, why expose it in this way? Wouldn’t there be safer and more controlled means to conduct tests?

Obsolete Overnight?

Perhaps more jarring is the implication that Lockheed Martin, or some other advanced defense contractor, has been flying breakthrough technology that could render traditional jet-based systems obsolete for decades. This notion clashes with the ongoing investment of hundreds of billions of dollars into sixth-generation fighters such as the F-22 and F-35. If the U.S. already possesses craft capable of the maneuvers seen in the Tic Tac footage, why continue to pour money into incremental improvements of comparatively archaic technology?

Many see it as a signal that either the Tic Tac is not ours, or that the U.S. military-industrial complex is willing to continue funding outdated systems despite a revolutionary leap in aerospace capability.

Interestingly, the response (or lack thereof) from the U.S. Navy after the Tic Tac encounter has also raised eyebrows. Commander David Fravor and his team reported the incident, but there was no widespread investigation or official follow-up made public. This inaction has baffled those who believe the object was of extraterrestrial origin. However, if the craft belonged to a U.S. defense contractor like Lockheed Martin, the Navy’s muted response becomes more understandable. A classified program could explain why the encounter was quietly brushed aside.

Revisiting Old Claims

Steven Greer, a longtime proponent of the idea that advanced aerospace technology is already in human hands, has maintained for years that Lockheed Martin and other contractors possess such craft. His views were largely dismissed or marginalized at the time, but recent discussions seem to be catching up to his claims.

For some, this is a moment of vindication. For others, it’s a sign that the truth has been buried beneath layers of secrecy and disinformation for decades.
