The Sol Foundation is a think tank established in August 2023 in Palo Alto, California, dedicated to researching the political, philosophical, and scientific implications of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). Founded by Garry Nolan and Peter Skafish, the foundation aims to bring together experts from academia and government to address the challenges and questions raised by the potential presence of UAPs on Earth.
