Dr. Jon T. Kosloski is the Director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) at the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Appointed in August 2024, he leads the office responsible for investigating unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) across various domains, including air, sea, and space. Before joining AARO, Dr. Kosloski had a distinguished career at the National Security Agency (NSA), where he held several technical and leadership roles within the Research Directorate. His work at the NSA encompassed advanced research in optics, computing, and crypto-mathematics. Notably, he served as the agency's subject matter expert in free space optics and invented an advanced language-agnostic search engine.
