Dr. Colm A. Kelleher is an Irish-born biochemist and prominent figure in UAP research. Dr. Kelleher's involvement in UAP research gained prominence during his tenure as the program manager for the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), a covert U.S. government initiative focused on studying UAPs. His work in this capacity provided valuable insights into the government's approach to UAP investigations. In 2008, Kelleher became deputy administrator of Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) where he led the day-to day operations in executing the AAWSAP contract with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
